This research evaluated the biostimulating effect of Mycorrhizae and Trichoderma on the germination of two forage species in the nursery, Leucaena leucocephala and Cratilya argenteapara for protein bank as an alternate feed source for cattle in dry season. The experiment was developed under nursery conditions, an experimental design was used in complete random blocks with an arrangement in divided plots, the factor located in a large plot was a variety of forage species with two levels: L. leucocephala and C. argentea and the factor located in small plot was microorganisms as inoculating agent with three levels: Mycorrhizae, Trichoderma and control. The morphometric variables diameter and height of the stem were evaluated. The treatments did not exert a significant statistical difference in relation to the microorganisms on any of the forage species with respect to the control.
