Abstract

Currently, investment issues are falling with greater economic weight in a bad decision. This article describes a real problem of decision of a company dedicated to the sale of cheese. The company plans to cope with season high optimization of resources distribution. A mathematical model and virtual simulation. Software RISKOptimizer finds optimal solutions through algorithms genetics. This work aims to find the best combinations from trucks, costs and routes, to minimize the costs of distribution of different clients in the State of Tamaulipas. We used the matrix of costs of the company and the customers. 100 simulations were performed with 200 iterations by simulation and gets a difference of trips, days in advance and the costs of distribution between the two proposals. Where a proposal with a truck reduces the cost of distribution of 6.8 against the proposal and two trucks. RISKOptimizer allowed to simulate serial enterprise before investing in equipment. So you can make an optimal decision in investment. As a result, a truck like the by the first proposal to meet demand high.
