Abstract

Abstract — Negotiations are essentials in all the links of the supply chain as it ensures the efficient movement of goods and products. It is important to consider variables such as suppliers and customers at different levels of the chain.  This paper evidences a literature review on the negotiation on the supply chaing 21 items, ranging elaborate studies from 1997 to 2014. The analysis is performed in order to identify similarities and differences between them analyzed, some features that are addressed are: the problem of research, contribution to the subject of negotiation in supply chains, the variables used for the analysis and the method of solution used.
