The present work shows the creation of the model of an assistance robot focused on supporting the rehabilitation of the upper extremities of the body for later analysis and application. For this purpose, an investigation focused on the need for therapeutic rehabilitation and the anatomy of the body was carried out, which proposed the design of a prototype that would satisfy the need for rehabilitation in patients with a problem in the upper extremities of the body, to This was a statistical survey of the measurements of the upper extremities of the body to a sample of 72 people between 18 and 21 years to determine the approximate measures of the rehabilitative prototype, then the design was performed in the SolidWorks program and its physical properties were analyzed and mechanical, in addition the mechanical part was raised with the choice of gearmotors, for the control section the Arduino plate is used that commands the control system, for the acquisition of the data, magnetic encoders that send the signal to the arduino board.
