Implementation of Comprehensive Management System Indicators

At LABEYAT the problem is to comply with the points of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. Requirements 8.2.1 Establish, document, maintain policies and objectives. Point 8.2.2 Policies and objectives must address competence, impartiality and operation. It is worth mentioning that the laboratory is newly created and at the beginning of its operations it is not necessary to meet any goal or objective. This need must be met in the next audit since the laboratory is in operation and has to meet proposed goals and objectives. of the management system and there is no methodology to measure this need. The objective is to implement and analyze the indicators of the Management system that allow measuring the objectives and goals. For this work, the DEMING Cycle (PHVA) methodology is implemented. Planning, establishing and maintaining an audit program defines the indicator that is measured and responsible. Do defines the scope, measurement criteria, and data collection information. Verifying ensures results are reported, compliance with goals and objectives. Act takes corrective actions without delay and retains records. The results obtained are the template for measuring the management system showing a decrease between 60.72% of observations from two internal audits in the following sections of the process: general description of processes, document control, risk control and management system by direction. By comparing the two internal audits it contributes to improving processes and not having any non-conformities in external audits.
