Abstract

The article that is presented below analyzes the logistics aspects of a water purification company. In this project we will work in the area of distribution, which is the area that we want to improve in terms of time and costs. However, the other areas are also of great help for the preparation of the project as they will provide the necessary information to implement the mathematical model. The mathematical model used managed to minimize the logistic costs, with this programming there is a saving of 34.96% corresponding to $ 1,081.57 pesos per week, so the use of these mathematical programming models is effective.
