Through a quantitative study, with a sample of 101 MSMEs in the commercial sector that participated in the study, focusing on the indicators of administrative processes, organizational culture, motivation, leadership, training and performance. The results reveal that the implementation of an induction program would bring significant improvements in operational efficiency and business competitiveness, highlighting the importance of continuous training in adapting to changes in the administrative environment, for its implementation two surveys were applied with 10 questions in each, one addressed to the manager and the other to employees, as well as a likert scale was also applied to managers, some features of the proposed induction program include: institutional welcome, information on policies and procedures, training, tour of the facilities, benefits and compensation.  It is concluded that a well-designed induction program can be an effective tool to reduce employee turnover and improve human capital performance.
