Evaluation of alternative investment in a leasing company of office equipment through VPN

Abstract

In the present paper discloses the economic assessment of a company dedicated to the sale and rental of office equipment in the town of Tantoyuca, Veracruz; the evaluation focuses on photocopying equipment which are regularly leased to companies or educational institutions. Miscellaneous income and expenses where incurred over the life of each team evaluated, among them are considered: cost of purchase, cost of rent, maintenance costs, administrative expenses, percentage of annual depreciation and salvage value, to finally determine photocopying equipment which is economically more convenient, for this was used the method of Net Present Value (NPV )
