Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the economic impact and the financial and economic profitability of potato sowing through the implementation of a system of computer autonomy (precision agriculture) against or against traditional agriculture for the producers of the region, in the agricultural cycle 2018 and 2019 Fall Winter (OI) in the valley of the municipality of Guasave, Sinaloa. For the present study the conditions of the crop in question in the region of the agricultural valley of Guasave were considered, based on the information gathered from the cultivation of the experimental field of the agricultural Rabago in the lot called “Baja”, in order to know its Economic impact generated in the Profit / Cost (B / C) indicators, the Balance Point (PE) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR), through the implementation of precision agriculture. Based on this sensitivity analysis of these indicators and considering the local, national and international panorama, we conclude that implementing the computer autonomy system against or against production in the traditional potato crop is highly profitable, offering an alternative of business for the producers of the agricultural valley of Guasave, Sinaloa.
