EI siguiente artículo muestra el análisis de datos cualitativos, para la compilación de la información se utilizó una encuesta apegada a la escala de Likert para estudiantes que cursan el cuarto semestre de la carrera de ingeniería industrial específicamente en la materia de procesos de fabricación. Se utiliza el diagrama de Pareto para identificar las causas de mayor ocurrencia y poder tomar acciones de solución, los datos de la encuesta se validan usando el índice de alfa de Cronbach determinado en el programa estadístico Minitab 2015 para medir su grado de confiabilidad. Se discute el impacto de la calidad de las prácticas durante su realización y se finaliza con las sugerencias que ayudan o limitan a los estudiantes a incrementar y conseguir un aprendizaje significativo.
Abstract — The following article shows the analysis of qualitative data for the compilation of information a survey attached to the Likert scale for students in the fourth semester of Industrial Engineering specifically in the field of manufacturing processes used . Pareto diagram is used to identify the major causes of occurrence and to take action settlement , the survey data are validated using Cronbach's alpha index determined in the Minitab statistical program 2015 to measure its degree of reliability. The impact of the quality Of the practices discussed during implementation and ends with suggestions that help or hinder students to increase and achieve meaningful learning.
