Proposals to improve the work environment of administrative staff at an educational institution in Matamoros, Tamaulipas

This study focused on the administrative staff of an educational institution located in the city of Matamoros, Tamaulipas. Through preliminary observations and situational assessments, a deteriorating work environment was identified, characterized by a lack of effective communication, low motivation, and limited opportunities for professional development. Furthermore, a lack of adequate strategies and tools to mitigate this problem and contribute to a healthy work environment was detected. During the development of this work, qualitative and quantitative data were collected, which supported a series of concrete proposals focused on improving the work environment within the educational institution.
Through their implementation, the aim is to contribute to raising levels of job satisfaction, strengthen teamwork, and, consequently, improve the institution's overall organizational performance.
