The system process can be defined as the value chain that shows the activities done to get products or services to the final client. Inside the process is usual to confront with activities that don’t add any value to service becoming a negative impact in the grade of productivity. These activities are cataloged as scrap by lean manufacturing philosophy which helps to get rid of them with its tools. This investigation is focusing on the improvement of process in a service industry throughout the application of the lean manufacturing tool. Tools that were reviewed and selected by the good impact that they can apport to the organization. As a result of this project a processing manual were created for the correct application of lean manufacturing.
