In the present work it is proposed to know the necessary elements for the construction of mobile applications through the use of DevOps methodology. The purpose is to improve software production by having an effective communication between the production and development teams together with a continuous quality control. DevOps allows an increase in the productivity and confidence of the work teams of the project in order to achieve favorable results in the shortest time, guaranteeing continuous improvement according to the changes of the business model. It is important to mention that this methodology applied in mobile development allows to achieve successful results due to an effective and effective collaboration between the people involved allowing an understandable coding and easy to adapt so that it does not become "spaghetti code", and with it introduce changes in the system without affecting others. DevOps is considered an agile methodology that works collaboratively among different departments to reduce resources, improve quality and be more competitive.
