Abstract

The present article consists in making a detailed study about the role played by Human Capital in organizations to increase productivity in the MSMEs of the service sector of the city of Tantoyuca, Veracruz. To understand the origin of quality in the service of the staff, we talk about quality and Human Capital separately. In the beginning, the concept of quality referred only to the product, and human capital focused only on the personnel. Over time these terms have been evolving and quality has been merging with human capital. The methodology applied in the present project will be qualitative and quantitative, being documentary, field, transectional or transversal the type of research, as well as the scope of the research to be carried out of descriptive, correlational and explanatory type. During the realization of the present study, various administrative tools are used, such as: SWOT analysis, Ishikawa diagram, tests of Human Capital performance evaluation, selection of a probabilistic sample under the source: https://pymes.org.mx/ municipio / tantoyuca-f76e.html to clear the formula was obtained as a result of the application of 110 surveys to the employees of the MSMEs that allowed the collection of data for the realization of this study. It is concluded that Human Capital is a resource of vital importance for an organization to achieve productivity.
