Implementation of an action plan in the Higher Technological Institute of Tamazunchale

This investigation was performed in The Instituto Tecnológico Superior e Tamazunchale (Higher Technological Institute of Tamazunchale), specifically in the career of Engineering in Business Management, where a platform for the module of tutorship was designed for several purposes, mainly for academic procedures. With help of the patform the data analysis of the cuts, to counteract bad-grade rates by subject, through an action plan for the career of Engineering in Business Management; according to the subjects imparted during that space of time. In order to achieve the implementation of an action plan, based on the platform, which was validated, and set in motion for the first time, the departments of academies, heads of faculties, the institutional tutorship coordination, and academic development.
