Impact of organizational culture on job performance in a company in the real es-tate sector in Matamoros, Tamaulipas

A company's culture is influenced by its history and environment. This is reflected in its language, communication, production system of tangible and intangible goods, leadership and subcultures that compare organizations with fingerprints, each one being unique. The main objective of this research was to analyze the relationship between the Organizational Culture and the Labor Performance of the workers of the company Inmobiliario located in the municipality of Matamoros, Tamaulipas. A non-experimental and transversal research design was used. An interview was implemented, which was applied to the personnel of the company Inmobiliaria, a sample of 108 people was determined, to be studied by means of the randomized selection method. It was found that the organizational culture is directly related in a significant way with the work performance of the personnel of the company Grupo Inmobiliario, located in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. In addition to the fact that it directly affects their economic and human performance, there was a significant and moderate correlation coefficient between job performance and organizational culture. This indicated that regardless of the specific type of culture, organizational culture plays a crucial role in fostering the development of employees' skills and prioritizing the values expected within the organization.
