Abstract

The next article is based on a question that arose in the authors at the conclusion of a master's thesis project, which was can companies attract customers with the update of the quality management system? The question arose as a result of applying the project in a company to which one of its future customers requested to have updated its quality management system to start working with them, so the following article was made which will help companies to have an idea of whether having updated the system could help them increase their customer base or would only be for their own control, for the project were used different types of studies which are: documentary, diagnostic and field. With them, different conclusions were reached, which are reflected in this article. This document is made up of the introduction: where we talk about quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015, also included are the materials and research methods which in this case were two surveys conducted in different companies in the city of Matamoros Tamaulipas, one was conducted to customers and the other to suppliers of a service or product, the results of these surveys were very important because with them we obtained the conclusions of this article.
