Design of instruments to evaluate negative effects in learning when technology is used inadequately

Does the cellphone use between classes affect the concentration of students? We will know if, we analyze from an objective point of view. This article shows the great advance that ICT and its positive impact have brought as consequence to our lives and the contrast of the affectations, when this technology is used in a wrong way and provokes a series of instruments design to apply the descriptive statistics and probabilistic once this are used in whole or unknown populations, collective evaluation, to determine the answer for this questioning and in case if, this answer is affirmative, each institution manages the corrective measures and determine the necessary strategies to prevent this problem from happening again. Otherwise, independently from the result, it’s necessary to be aware of the manifestations about the academic performance and student’s behavior but, also to the changes that appear in the environment, each day more globalized, to be proactive and use in benefit of the teaching practices to make it more effective. Thus, this investigation work emphasized in the design of evaluation instruments to measure the impact of the ICT in students.
