In this study, the purpose of this study is to implement manufacturing tools in a service business, proposing improvements to optimize process times. To address the problems that exist within the welding area of the AGV Industrial Services Workshop. With the purpose of implementing improvements to achieve the objectives through the proposals made for the improvement of the work areas and the organization of the workshop, as well as the organization of the materials. This project uses the OSKKK methodology, which stands for Observe, Standardize, Process Flow Kaizen, Team Kaizen, and finally, Plant Distribution Kaizen. In order to achieve continuous improvement within the workshop in order to transform it into a workshop with a lean manufacturing environment, in order to reduce production times and eliminate waste in the production process. Implement the lean manufacturing system in the production process as the main objective that I set. The importance of the system not only allows to reduce time and waste, but once its execution is finished, advantages in terms of flexibility and costs can be obtained.
