Nowadays, it is important that every business, regardless of its direction, carries out an evaluation about the relationship between the workforce and the business leader, in order to identify the possible failures, disagreements or successes that are located in the company. The development of personnel and the motivation of it can be very complex, and little explored especially if it is a SME or a MSME. Job motivation can be a positive input for the development of an Internal Marketing strategy in a company of any sector. The objective of this paper is to present an analysis related to the Endomarketing (internal marketing) of a commercial shoemaker located in the north of Veracruz and the state of Hidalgo since there is a significant turnover of personnel in it, obtaining as a result the need to implement motivation and human development techniques to improve Endomarketing in the company
